These Terms of Service apply to every order placed with Middo. By placing an order you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and picture our products accurately. Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change over time. If an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

Orders

An order becomes binding once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of stock issues, suspected fraud or an obvious error, in which case we refund any amount already paid.

Payment

We offer a range of secure payment methods at checkout. Payments are processed by trusted providers using encryption; we do not store your full payment details.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders usually ship the next day, with processing taking 1–3 days during busy periods and standard delivery takes 7 to 14 days, with occasional longer times during busy periods. Delivery times are indicative. Depending on your country, local taxes or import duties will apply and are payable by you as the recipient.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you notify us within that period, you can ship your return up to and including day 30 after receipt. The shipping date determines whether you meet the return deadline. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy. Some products may be excluded for hygiene or custom-made reasons, as described there.

Conformity and warranty

Your order must match its description and be of satisfactory quality. If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@middo.shop and we'll put it right.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Middo or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
