Do the left and right eye change together?
Yes. Each pair uses one shared controller, so both modules switch to the same mode together.

What is the difference between 6 and 33 modes?
The 6-mode controller offers red iris, red symbol, green iris, green slit, blue iris and violet iris. The expanded controller adds 11 eye patterns, 8 emoticons and 14 car-logo-style patterns.

Should I choose lens or flat?
Choose Lens for the deeper convex optical effect when your housing has enough depth. Choose Flat for its compact 0.35 in profile when installation space is tighter.

Is this a plug-and-play installation?
Do not assume that. Installation can require opening or accessing the headlight housing, mounting both modules symmetrically, connecting them to a suitable 12 V circuit and resealing the housing correctly. Use a professional installer if you are unsure.

Does it replace my normal headlights?
No. NightStare™ is decorative accent lighting and must never replace the vehicle primary headlights, indicators or other legally required lighting.

Can I use the coloured modes on public roads?

How is the set protected from weather?
